A typical part of Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic or flowing exercise series, beside quiet posture-holding exercises and versatile meditations, which are often also applied to Mantra music.

Dharma Yoga is a graceful, challenging form of classical yoga shared by yoga legend Dharma Mittra. The practice has roots in all nine forms of yoga with emphasis on Yama and Niyama (ethical guidelines). It is a devotional practice that emphasizes good health, a clear mind and a kind heart. Classes include a thorough warm up, challenging yet accessible asanas (postures), deep relaxation, breathing and meditation.

Lila for Women!

Lila means “play”, and in this super fun, slightly sweaty hybrid class of Qoya and playful yoga for women, that’s exactly what we’ll do!
Facilitated by Sacred Space owner and Qoya Queen Revanna Powell and Physiotherapist and Therapeutic Yoga Instructor Leslee Watt, you will be safely guided through a merry movement practice that will help us let go and love life!
